Jared is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas. He loves working with adolescents and adults going through life transitions. Jared’s clinical experience ranges from working in rural settings and major metropolitan areas (Boston, MA). Jared enjoys working with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals. Jared hopes to create a mutual understanding of what is currently going wrong in someone’s life.
In the first few sessions, Jared strives to generate a mutual understanding of what is currently going wrong in someone’s life. From there Jared and his clients agree on the type of treatment they wish to receive and begin to work together on their goals. Jared’s approach to therapy includes utilizing Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, CBT, and Person-Centered therapies. Jared ethos in therapy is to establish a sense of curiosity about one’s life and help them find meaning and purpose in their daily lives. Jared looks to provide a safe atmosphere in sessions where clients are free to explore parts of themselves without judgment. He looks forward to joining you on your own personal journey.
