Cathy is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She received her Masters degree in Christian counseling from Oral Roberts University. She uses solution-focused, reality therapy and client-centered therapy to help clients achieve their goals and address depression, anxiety, grief, anger, self-injury and other issues.

She has experience working with children, adolescents, families and marriage/relationship counseling. She also has experience working with clients struggling with substance use and justice-involved clients.

She has worked to provide treatment to Drug Court participants in Tulsa County, helping them live a sober life, address the issues, such as trauma and depression, that lead to substance use and restore their lives while in treatment.
She has also worked with extensively with children and families addressing trauma, depression/anxiety, ADHD, and family conflict. She has also worked with couples helping them work through conflict, and recommit to their marriage and each other.
