Cathy Land-Morrel, LMFT

Cathy is a licensed marriage and family therapist, receiving her Master’s degree from Oral Roberts University. Believing in client-centered therapy, she uses both solution-focused therapy and reality therapy to help clients achieve their goals. In the past, she has worked with Tulsa County to assist Drug Court participants, helping them live a sober life. To accomplish this, she would address the heart of the issue, such as trauma, anger, and depression.

Having experience helping people of all ages, Cathy has worked extensively with children and families addressing trauma, depression/anxiety, ADHD, and family conflict. She has also worked with couples to work through conflict and recommit to their marriage.
